This section explains what reasonable adjustments are, why they matter, and how they support disabled employees to work effectively. Delegates will also be introduced to practical examples of adjustments and support in the workplace.
Neurodiversity and mental health
Delegates will build awareness of neurodiversity and mental health in the workplace, including common misconceptions and the importance of supportive and respectful communication.
