1. Our Credentials and Expertise
- What are your instructors’ qualifications and experience? All our current trainers have at least 10 years teaching professional workplace skills to commercial and public sector organisations in the UK. Our Microsoft instructors have Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT) qualifications and have real-world, practical experience with the technologies they are teaching. Our trainers teach useful workplace skills, not just present topics.
- Can you provide case studies, references, or testimonials from UK-based clients? We train a variety of organisations from the public sector, multi-nationals, through to small SME’s. In most instances, we can provide references and case studies from similar organisations to yours.
2. Training Content and Customisation
- Is your training content customised or off-the-shelf? Keys Training® will tailor any of our typical course outlines to your specific industry sector, business processes, and strategic goals.
- How do you approach training? Keys Training® teaches work-based skills with a hands-on, interactive approach to ensures effective skill development that will be of relevance and benefit in the workplace. Our trainers adapt their teaching so that the pace matches the needs of the trainees.
- What different learning formats do you offer? Keys Training® is flexible and offers various teaching options to consider. Trainers can visit and teach skills at your premises, they can teach remotely via Teams or at our classrooms in Manchester, Preston, Liverpool, Leeds, Birmingham, and London, or provide a blended learning option to suit different employee needs and schedules.
- Do you offer pre-training assessments and post-training support? Keys Training® will help identify skill gaps before the training begins and offer ongoing post course support (including an email helpdesk, and follow-up sessions) to ensure knowledge is retained.
3. Logistics, Scalability, and Support
- Where can you train our staff? As we have trainers in England, Scotland and Wales, our trainers can visit you and train at your premises. If you have a team that are spread around or work from home, remote instructor courses delivered via Microsoft Teams are worth considering. Keys Training® also has training classrooms at Manchester, Preston, Liverpool, London, Birmingham, and Leeds.
- How is the training delivered? Most inhouse courses and classroom courses are one-day (typically 9.30am to 4.30pm). Virtual courses are typically taught as either half-day or one-day sessions.
- Is your training scalable? Can you accommodate large numbers of people across different teams or locations? Keys Training® have trainers throughout England, Scotland and Wales and can handle a company-wide training programme.
- How do you manage the training programme and ensure it runs smoothly? Each prospective client is assigned a dedicated training advisor. It is their role to assist and advise on providing the most suitable and cost-effective training solution for your organisation. They will liaise with the trainer and ensure that each course is tailored to your needs and runs smoothly.
- What support is provided after the training course? Supporting reference material and course certificates are sent our post-course by our administration team. Any post course questions can be emailed and will be answered by either email or by telephone. Your training co-or A training manager would want to know what kind of support is available after the course is complete, such as access to helpdesks or online resources.
4. Cost and Return on Investment (ROI)
- What is included in your quoted fees? Our fees per course will be clearly stated and there will be no hidden costs as the price quoted covers all necessary preparation, trainer travel, materials, and support.
- How can you help a client measure the ROI of the training? We provide post course feedback evaluation reports from the trainees to ensure that they benefitted from the training and to justify the training investment.
- Do you offer any discounts or bundled packages for bulk training? Courses can be booked and prepaid in batches of 5 or 10 courses for a discounted fee. Any of these pre-paid courses can then be used over the next 12 months to suit demand and on dates that are convenient.
5. Customising and booking onsite training courses
- How do I book a trainer to come to my premises to teach a Microsoft Excel course in London, Manchester and Birmingham? If your premises are situated in England, Scotland or Wales, Keys Training have Microsoft Certified trainers that can visit your offices and deliver one-day courses at introduction, intermediate and advanced levels. If you either complete the online enquiry form, telephone or email, a training advisor will assist with your enquiry. The training advisor will assist you with a typical course outline, any tailoring that is then required, and arranging a convenient training date.
- How do I book a trainer to come to my premises to teach a customised Management course in Greater Manchester, London or Birmingham? Keys Training has qualified Management Trainers throughout the UK who can visit your premises and teach various management courses. If you call or email, a training advisor will assist you with your enquiry and help create a tailored course for your team. Once the course content is agreed, the advisor can assist with arranging a convenient date for this training course.
6. Training outside UK
- Do you teach Microsoft & Business courses in Ireland and outside the UK? We have Microsoft & Management Skills trainers that teach courses in-person in Dublin and the Republic of Ireland. We also deliver remote half-day and one-day courses in Microsoft Skills like Excel and SharePoint in English for company staff based in countries like the USA, South Africa, Canada and Australia.
